Call for Expression of Interest supplying with IT equipment for Solidar Suisse SEE

1. Introduction
Solidar Suisse SEE is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified vendors or companies to supply high-quality IT equipment. The purpose of this Call for Expressions of Interest is to identify potential suppliers to meet the IT equipment needs under the LDCH Kosovo project. We invite interested vendors/companies to submit their EOI, demonstrating their capability to deliver IT equipment in accordance with the outlined specifications.

2. Scope of Work
We are looking for vendors/companies capable of delivering the following high-quality IT equipment:

Delivery, installation, and basic training for staff at three beneficiary schools in the Peja region.

3. Evaluation Criteria

Submissions will be evaluated using lowest price of technically compliant offers

4. Submission Requirements

Interested vendors are requested to submit the following documents by 30.06.2025 at 12:00h:

Technical and Financial Offer VAT excluded.
Company Registration Certificate.
References: Provide at least three references.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

All information provided in response to this EOI will be treated as confidential. Vendors/ companies are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of Solidar Suisse SEE and its employees.

6. Next Steps

Following the submission of EOIs, Solidar Suisse SEE will review the applications and may invite selected vendors/ companies to participate in a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) process or engage in further discussions. Please note that the submission of an EOI does not guarantee selection or participation in the next phase of the procurement process.
