Call for Expression of Interest for Photographer Solidar Suisse SEE

1. Introduction

Solidar Suisse SEE is seeking expressions of interest from qualified vendors or individuals to provide professional photography services. The purpose of this Call for Expression of Interest (EOI) is to identify potential candidates who can meet the photography needs of our mission program implementation. We invite interested vendors or individuals to submit an EOI demonstrating their capability and expertise in professional photography.

2. About Solidar Suisse SEE

Solidar Suisse SEE is an international organization with approximately 10-50 employees, operating across multiple regions. We focus on implementing impactful projects aimed at fostering social justice and sustainable development.

3. Scope of Work for Photographer

We are seeking vendors or individuals capable of delivering the following core services:

• Photography Services for Projects: Capture high-quality photographs during scheduled photoshoots.
• Creative Concepts: Develop creative concepts to enhance the visual impact of the photoshoots.
• Shot List Adherence: Ensure all required shots are taken as per the agreed-upon shot list.
• Travel: Be available to travel to and from the photoshoot location as needed.

4. Evaluation Criteria

Submissions will be evaluated based on a best-value approach, using an 80/20 weighting between technical quality and price.

5. Submission Requirements

Interested vendors or individuals should submit the following information by 14.02.2025 at 16:00h:

• Company Profile (for vendors): Include background, size, areas of expertise, and a registration certificate (not applicable for individuals).
• Technical and Financial Offer
• Individual CV or Company Profile
• Personal ID or Company Registration Certificate
• At Least 3 References
• Similar Work Proven (e.g., Submission of Sample Photos)

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

All information provided in response to this EOI will be treated as confidential. Vendors and individuals are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of Solidar Suisse SEE and its employees.

7. Next Steps

Following the submission of EOIs, Solidar Suisse SEE will review the applications and may invite selected vendors or individuals to participate in a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) process or conduct further discussions. Please note that submission of an EOI does not guarantee selection or participation in the next phase of the procurement process.
