The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental humanitarian organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

In the framework of Return and Reintegration in Kosovo Project Phase VI, the IOM Bids Evaluation Committee (“BEC”) now invites interested Contractors to apply to bid for the “reconstruction of houses under RRK VI Project”.

Eligible Contractors may download the complete set of Bidding Document at https://kosovo.iom.int/procurement. Any request for clarifications can be addressed by email at i[email protected] . Please regularly follow the website https://kosovo.iom.int/procurement for potential publication of addenda and clarifications.

Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 calendar days after submission of Bids and must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of € 25,000.00 (Twenty Five Thousand Euros) in the form of Bank/Insurance Guarantee as prescribe herein with no modifications and shall be submitted together with the bid at str. Lidhja e Pejës 177, 10000 Prishtinë, Kosovo on or before 27 June 2024 at 15:00 hrs local time. Late bids shall be rejected.

Bids will be opened via a Microsoft Teams video online session from Lidhja e Pejës 177, 10000 Prishtinë, Kosovo on 27 June 2024 at 15:30 hrs local time in the online presence of the Contractors who wish to attend.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder/s of the ground for IOM action.
