Project Implementation Support Services - Railway Route 10 Rehabilitation Project

The underlying project relates to the phased rehabilitation of 149km of single track, non-electrified rail line. The Services will be provided to the end beneficiary of INFRAKOS JSC and is expected to entail full-time input/presence for part of the duration, as well as part-time inputs.

The Procuring Entity, the Railway Infrastructure Railways of Republic of Kosovo – INFRAKOS JSC, invites eligible Consultants to submit proposals, both technical and financial, to perform the Services. Firms originating from all countries of the world are eligible to tender for service contracts.

This contract will be financed by European Investment Bank (EIB) loan and is subject to the EIB's Guide to Procurement. An Open Procurement procedure with an international call for Tender will be followed.

Consultants shall submit a request to the INFRAKOS JSC at the address published on the official journal website of the European Union in the link 2024/S 015-040983 to obtain the Request for proposal (RFP) template that must be used to submit any proposal. Only proposals using the correct template will be accepted.
