POSITION: Customer Support

PAY: 500€ - 700€

staffiX is a company specialized in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. We’re looking for a communicative and detail-oriented Customer Support to join our client’s Property Management Industry. Their main responsibility will be to communicate with clients, assist with bookings, respond to inquiries, and ensure a smooth and positive guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with clients through different channels, providing information, confirming bookings, and assisting with requests
• Manage guest supplies, cleaning materials and keep the inventory organized and stocked
• Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner to ensure a smooth client experience
• Coordinate check-in and check-out processes and support clients with any related questions
• Monitor reservations and payments, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding apartment readiness, cleaning, and maintenance needs
• Handle client concerns or issues professionally and work towards quick and effective solutions
  

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

• Experience in reception, customer support, or housekeeping roles is considered an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English and Albanian, in both written and oral
• Excellent knowledge of maintenance services
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and solve problems effectively
• Very good customer service and communication

OFFER:

• Starting Salary of 500€ Net, after probation period 700€ Net
• Working hours 08:30 to 16:30, Monday to Saturday
