Location: Prishtina, Kosova
Background: GERMIN is a non-governmental organization whose core principles and ideals are based on the belief that the Albanian Diaspora must play an extensive and proactive role in the positive development of all countries in the Balkans where Albanians live.

Finance Manager responsibilities and duties:
- Works closely with the Executive Director and Project Manager to ensure effective day-to-day financial management of projects and activities.
- Develops and manages the organization's annual budget, financial forecasts, and cash flow forecasts.
- Prepares accurate financial reports for the organization and related projects, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Provides regular financial updates to the organization's management team and board of directors.
- Declares and makes payments to the Tax Administration of Kosovo (TAK).
- Prepares the payroll and processes payments.
- Prepares and participates in annual audits, ensuring that the organization complies with all regulations and financial requirements.
- Monitors compliance with donor requirements, ensuring all offers and deadlines are met.
- Provides regular updates and reports to donors.
- Ensures that all operational activities are carried out according to organizational policies and donor regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management, Accounting, International Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's Degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in financial management.
Experience in managing the financial aspects of international projects or donor-funded programs is preferred.
- Expert-level skills in QuickBooks.
- Experience analyzing budget trends, monitoring funding levels across multiple accounts, and providing detailed financial analysis.
- Professional knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing financial issues.
- Knowledge of HR is preferred.
