Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the financial services division, including processing client applications, maintaining client records, and responding to client inquiries.
  • Manage the company's internal systems and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of client accounts, transactions, and investments.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as financial advisors, brokers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Inputting client data to our CRM and the planning software we use, known as Cash-Calc.
  • Inputting client application forms onto local insurer’s portal
  • Informing clients of medical underwriting requirements on new applications.
  • Liaising between this firm and third-party product/service providers
  • Maintaining client paper files in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Assisting me in creating reports for new and existing clients.
  • Managing my emails and dealing with those he/she can deal with, passing along those that he/she cannot.
  • Producing client invoices and ensuring they are sent to the relevant clients in a timely fashion.
  • Answering client enquiries.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a brokerage firm.
  • An understanding of financial products and services, including investment management, pensions, and insurance.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain precise records and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • A professional and positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in financial services administration or related fields would be an advantage.

Salary: 15k – 17k
