Hourly Rate: $10 USD - $25 USD (A Players should be at the top range)

Job Description: We are actively seeking a talented and experienced Website Developer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining e-commerce stores, with expertise in platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, and WooCommerce. As a Website Developer, you will play a key role in creating engaging and user-friendly online shopping stores that meet our clients' needs and drive business growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain e-commerce websites using platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, and WooCommerce.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to translate design mockups into fully functional websites.
• Customize and extend website functionalities using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant plugins or extensions.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs for payment processing, shipping, and other e-commerce functionalities.
• Optimize website performance for speed, responsiveness, and search engine visibility.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring smooth operation and user experience across different devices and browsers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to e-commerce website development.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members as needed.
• Collaborate with other developers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• 4+ years of experience in Website Development.
• 4+ years of experience as a Website Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful e-commerce website projects.
• Proficiency in designing websites using platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, and WooCommerce, with a solid understanding of their respective ecosystems, themes, and plugins.
• Advanced skills in Figma or similar design tools, with the ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes with attention to detail and user experience.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, including UX/UI principles and CRO techniques.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles, ensuring optimal user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design concepts and interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for innovation and continuous learning in the field of e-commerce website design and development.
