Islamic Relief Kosova is currently looking for a candidate for the position of “Local Fundraising Coordinator” to join our Team in Vushtrri

Job Responsibilities for Local Fundraising Coordinator:

• Communicate and report to manager and other competent colleagues
• Ensure that campaigns are delivered successfully on time and within planned budget
• Maintain good relationship with donors, communicate and assist them when needed
• Manage, lead and delegate tasks to volunteers
• Cooperate with the coordinators of other cities and engage on volunteer activities
• Organize events and project to raise funds
• Analyzing the process of campaign and give feedback
• Register donations and make deposits
• Other duties related to the position.

REQUIRED:

Professional Qualifications

1. At least 1-year relevant working experience in similar positions (preferable)
2. Organizational skills, to manage, train and motivate.
3. Ability to judge fairly, to analyze a multitude of information, the ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time, the ability to solve problems and to work under pressure and with confidential matters.
4. Teamwork attitude, cooperative, with a tendency to adopt change, managing time properly to the duties and be flexible during the work.
5. Positive, self-balanced, trustworthy, discreet, tolerant, flexible approach with a clear focus on quality services and customer care.
6. Good Knowledge of English language (written and spoken).
7. Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office
