A. About the Project

The Kosovo Investment Climate Acceleration Project (KICA), initiated by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), part of the World Bank Group, provides technical assistance to the Government of Kosovo with the primary goal of enhancing the country’s investment environment for both local and international investors. To achieve this, the Project seeks to assist the government in addressing regulatory obstacles, promoting investment, and enhancing market accessibility.

B. Scope of Work / Deliverables

IFC is seeking a PR Expert (consultancy position) to offer specialized proficiency to the KICA Project as well as the Office of the General Inspector, who manages the inspection reform program in the Republic of Kosovo, in the following service areas:

1. Development of the PR Plans for Office of General Inspector & Admin Burden Reduction Program – working with both institutions in developing a short-term PR plan on activities that can be implemented in short to medium plan and based on available budgets.
   
2. Graphic design solutions – providing services related to graphic design, typography, and ideation to develop and produce different PR materials like, but not limited to, advertisements, press releases, newspaper supplements, banners, drop-down banners, leaflets, brochures, newsletters, handbooks, promotional items, and social media postings.
3. Support in preparatory work in organizing different events – providing services to KICA Project and its beneficiaries in designing and organizing various events like Awareness Campaigns, Regional Thematic Conferences, Workshops, etc.
   
4. Content development – shall contribute to create and develop a content based on the information provided by the respective above institutions.
   
5. Website and Social Media management – shall provide support for drafting and publishing the postings on social media for the implemented activities of KICA Project in close coordination with above respective institutions.

C. Implementation Schedule

The consultancy is expected to last for a maximum of 100 days until June 30, 2024, with the potential for extensions. Payments will be structured according to an agreed-upon schedule based on the consultant’s delivered outputs.
