Customer Service Representative / Secretarial Clerk

We have been operating since 2014 and due to planned growthand the launch of a campaign in close partnership with the partners from USA we are looking for 20 highly motivated employees to join our existing team.
We are looking for:
- Candidates with a Customer Service Experience
- Fluent English speakers with a clear accent
- Good telephone manner with a clear speaking voice
- Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with the customer
- Ability to work well in a team
- Flexible and ambitious
- Able to work and adapt to the USA working schedule
- Provide service excellence to both internal and external customers
- Collaborate with customers and service center personnel to resolve issues.
- Monday – Friday
- 15:00hrs – 24:00hrs
- We offer a starting wage of €450, plus commission
- Friendly working environment
- Part/time and full/time working hours
