as of now – fulltime – in Pristina

Our Service Center is the central interface for communication with our customers and is available around the clock. As diverse as our customers are their requests to us - we offer you a job that is guaranteed not to be boring. We are looking for new team members that speak English and German/Italian.

YOUR JOB

  • Consulting and care for our clients and partners regarding our quality-standards
  • The processing and coordination of booking-requests is part of your job
  • You will support our guests via phone or email
  • You will support the Front Desks regarding questions about reservations
  • You are a good team player – also across different departments

YOUR PROFILE

  • You are reliable, service-oriented, flexible, resilient, decisive
  • You have a friendly and sincere demeanour and love the contact with clients
  • You enjoy working both independently and in teams
  • A 24/7 shift work is a welcome change for you
  • You have good verbal and written skills in English and GERMAN or ITALIAN
  • Experience with reservation programmes & the tourism-branch itself would be desirable
