The Center for Education and Environment Development (CEDE) was established on May 17, 2011. We operate with the vision of a Kosovo with a healthy environment and active citizens towards sustainable environmental development. Our mission is to ensure environmental sustainability by developing research and analyses on environmental problems and needs, addressing them, and offering concrete solutions.

Our work is organized around three main pillars: Sustainable Environmental Development, Good Governance, and Education and Public Awareness. We collaborate closely with local and central institutions, various community groups, citizens, youth, women, businesses, local councils and communities, and civil society. We are engaged in numerous processes: addressing climate change, circular economy, waste management, protection of natural resources, energy efficiency, water losses, and biodiversity.
