Administrative Assistant
Description
A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.
Responsibilities
- You will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project
- Prepare deliverables
- Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
- Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
- Ensure you are adhering to compliance matters
- Work on developing internal relationships and your PwC brand
The following skills and personality traits are essential for potential candidates:
- Graduate degree or equivalent
- Fluent in spoken and written Albanian & English (other languages would be an advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, graphics software and presentation tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Efficient administration and organisation skills
- Flexible, self starter, detail oriented with strong commitment to accuracy
- A team player who is able to work under minimal supervision
- Multi tasking while maintaining priorities
