Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management:
    • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the company's financial budgets and forecasts.
    • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.
    • Process invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
    • Assist in preparing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Procurement Support:
    • Oversee the procurement process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
    • Manage purchase orders, vendor negotiations, and supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
    • Maintain procurement records and documentation, ensuring all purchasing activities are properly documented for audit and reporting purposes.
    • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and bid evaluations.
    • Review contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance, administration, and procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Government Tender Management:
    • Lead the preparation, submission, and management of government tenders and bids.
    • Ensure full compliance with government procurement policies, regulations, and deadlines.
    • Liaise with government bodies and agencies regarding tender requirements, documentation, and bid clarifications.
    • Track and report on tender deadlines and status, ensuring timely responses and submissions.
  • Procurement Planning and Strategy:
    • Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of raw materials, machinery, and other goods necessary for textile production.
    • Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers, focusing on achieving cost savings while maintaining product quality.
    • Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality standards and delivery timelines are met.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all procurement activities, including tenders, contracts, and supplier communications.
    • Ensure that all procurement processes are in line with both internal policies and government procurement regulations.
    • Prepare procurement reports for management review and compliance purposes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in procurement, with a strong emphasis on government tenders and textile sector.
  • Solid knowledge of government procurement procedures, including tender processes, regulations, and compliance.
