ProCredit Bank Kosova is looking to hire Private Clients Advisors to join our Contact Centre team.

Job description

The Private Client Adviser in Contact Centre provides excellent services by ensuring a professional approach towards the clients, mostly through telephone and email communication channels throughout 24h a day.

Qualifications and Skills:

• University degree in economics, finance, business, or relevant field.
• Good verbal and communication skills.
• Previous working experience is preferable.
• Good command of English language, spoken and written.
• Willingness to learn and improve.
• Maintain composure in stressful situations.
• Readiness to work during working days within the interval 17:00 PM -08:00 AM, on weekends and national holidays.
