JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Certification Specialist

I. Job Purpose

We are looking for a skilled Certification Specialist to join PECB with the desire to participate in the growth of one of the biggest organizations in the certification industry. The candidate will work in the Compliance Department and will manage different certification requests.

II. Responsibilities

• Validate certification applications
• Follow up when needed for certification applications
• Draft and help in the development, implementation and maintenance of the documentation related to the Certification of Persons
• Contribute to organization’s compliance management systems as needed
• Assist on certification technical support
• Respond to emails and requests
• Provide certification metrics and reports to management
• Identify improvements (processes and systems)
• Establish relationships with certified individuals to obtain feedback address issues and provide information community
• Coordinate with the Team Leader– Certification for the operational certification strategy
• Other related duties as they will be assigned by the management

III. Preferred Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, or associate’s degree and related experience;
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills;
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a high pace, dynamic environment;
• 2+ years of professional experience;
• Knowledge of personnel certification
