People & Culture Manager
We are bevuta IT, a Germany headquartered software company, with offices in Cologne and Pristina. Our team consists of tech enthusiasts and other curious people from all over Europe.
Together we build and operate products like nora (https://nora-notruf.de/), the public nationwide mobile app based emergency call system in Germany. We also strive to develop cool digital products that make lives a teeny-tiny bit better.
Our values
At bevuta we truly believe in working at eye-level across the whole team – from interns to developers to the Captains. We value honesty, dedicated work, and paying attention to the small details. It’s important to us to make decisions based on rationality because we want to do the right things in the right way. We question our own actions and look at things from all sides. One of our main principles is to never adopt concepts of others before fully and truly understanding them. We focus on formulating concrete ideas instead of using empty words and doing bullshit bingo. We work with well proven facts instead of opinions. Instead of taking the path of least resistance, we fight for the best solutions.
In order to achieve great results, we're willing to give 120% – but we don’t like stress. That’s why we take the time to do things properly and don’t rush. Unless a server is on fire. Even though we prioritise rational thinking, we are not robots. That’s why we believe that building relationships and pursuing personal growth are key to achieving ambitious goals as a team.
Our tech stack
Free software and free knowledge are really important to us. That’s why our technology stack is based on open source, whenever possible. We host almost all our software ourselves.
If there is no adequate open source alternative available (yet), we work with market-leading applications such as Google Workspace, Figma and Testrail.
Does all of this sound “too good to be true”? Is your head buzzing with exciting ideas on how you could support our team? Then take the leap and help us strengthen our culture and values, reinforce them within our team, and attract new talent to our company as our People & Culture Manager :)
