Electrical Engineer – Remote (Kosovo)

We are looking for Electrical Engineers to join our growing team at Crewit Resourcing. This is an exciting opportunity for engineers who want to build a long-term career in Estimating, Quantity Surveying, or Commercial Engineering while contributing to major industrial projects across Europe.

This role is perfect for technically minded engineers who enjoy problem‑solving, design coordination, structured processes, and who are motivated to develop commercial expertise through supported training.

What You’ll Do:

• Support technical compliance across all Electrical project packages
• Align scopes, responsibility matrices, and commercial inputs
• Attend design coordination meetings and collaborate with planning teams
• Manage RIBA Stage 3–5 workflows and produce design management plans
• Maintain and update project trackers (procurement, submittals, drawings, RFIs, deviations, changes, lessons learned)
• Review technical submittals, drawings, and design documentation
• Assist with RFIs, clarifications, procurement reviews, and value-engineering activities
• Ensure all documentation meets ISO 19650 standards
• Prepare engineering reports and technical documentation
• Complete take‑offs and BOQs for ductwork, pipework, cable trays, and equipment
• Build commercial awareness in labour/material costing and tender support
• Support pre‑construction and estimating teams (including BOQ technical tests)
• Participate in Stage 5 model reviews, lessons‑learned meetings, and monthly engineering sessions
• Mentor junior or graduate engineers when required

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years’ experience working on large industrial or construction projects
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, Revit)
• Strong communication skills and ability to produce professional documentation
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Motivation to develop into Estimating / Quantity Surveying roles (full training provided)
• Solid understanding of industrial electrical systems, drawings, and M&E coordination
• Willingness to learn commercial workflows and structured processes
• Analytical, collaborative, and interested in long-term professional development

Experience in any of the following is a strong advantage:

• Data Centre projects
• Pharmaceutical projects
• Healthcare or Semiconductor facilities
• Commercial construction projects
• Purchasing materials such as containment, cable, lighting, etc.

• Part-time remote position based in Kosovo
• Getting paid by the hour, 10-50 hours per month, rates depending on experience 15-20 €
