ABOUT OUR ROLE

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our SDRs consistently deliver high-quality pitches in line with established conversation guides and best practices. You'll leverage real-time performance monitoring and analysis to provide actionable feedback, enabling continuous improvement and driving success within our teams and projects. This position is critical to maintaining the standards of our sales process and ensuring our SDRs meet their performance goals.

MAIN FOCUSES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performance Monitoring: Actively listen to SDRs' calls to ensure adherence to established conversation guides and quality standards.
• Performance Evaluation: Assess SDRs on critical skills such as introductions, messaging, closing techniques, objection handling, product knowledge, prospect qualification, conversation flow, and tone/presence.
• Observational Reporting: Provide detailed evaluative feedback based on observations, highlighting specific strengths and areas of concern in SDR performance that the leadership team should be aware of for informed decision-making.
• Timely Reporting: Submit comprehensive performance reports by set deadlines to support leadership in planning and enablement strategies for the upcoming week.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Prior SDR or B2B prospecting experience, or a related role with a focus on call quality control or performance evaluation is ideal.
• Experience in call monitoring to ensure adherence to conversation guides, quality standards, and best practices.
• Experience with sales processes and key SDR skills such as messaging, objection handling, and prospect qualification is a plus.
• Familiarity in sales enablement tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and report performance metrics.
• Ability to provide objective, observational feedback, pinpointing strengths and areas for improvement based on real-time performance analysis.
• Strong communication and analytical skills to collaborate with leadership and support continuous improvement initiatives.
