INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS

With this RFP, Dexis is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to develop a data classification system for the IT infrastructure administered by the KJC. Data classification, generally, is the process of organizing structured and unstructured data into categories, so it can be used and secured more efficiently. The goal is to analyze and categorize the various types of judicial data in the IT infrastructure to improve efficiency, organization, and accessibility. This engagement aims to develop a robust and accurate data classification system that can handle a large volume of judicial information effectively while maintaining integrity of the classification structure.
