Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The role involves managing documentation, organizing meetings, and supporting daily company operations. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage documentation and archive administrative materials;
- Organize meetings, appointments, and internal activities;
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the supervisor;
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth administrative processes;
- Handle communication with clients, partners, and other stakeholders;
- Provide support in the company’s general activities as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in Administration, Business Management, or related fields;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities;
- English language proficiency at least at level B2;
- Attention to detail and professionalism at work;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and other platforms;
- Certifications and trainings are considered an advantage.
