Your contribution will be

• Supporting in the development and implementation process of an environmental education concept including guided tours at BEAR SANCTUARY Prishtina.
• Preparing, implement, and evaluate of visitor surveys.
• Displaying and distribute informational materials throughout the sanctuary.
• Supporting on implementing the volunteer work program including topics such as animal welfare and environmental education.
• Welcoming visitors to the sanctuary, making it a unique and memorable experience for them by providing knowledgeable and engaging information while on the tour.
• Organizing guided groups and individual tours as well as working with school groups.
• Working closely with schoolteachers in implementing the educational program.
• Prepare educational materials (prepare and give presentations) for kindergarten and school students for activities which will be implemented either in the sanctuary or at school campuses.

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Previous experience working as a Tour Guide or Education Coordinator for international NGOs or relevant corporate sector experience
• Relevant qualification or proven work experience
• Strong verbal English skills a plus
• Willingness to travel as well as a valid driver’s license
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
