Job Position: Project Administrator
SUMMARY
We operate through a network of specialized international platforms and local office offering our clients a comprehensive portfolio of solutions and outsource support built on innovative thinking and personal service. We’re looking for a team member who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and its clients, as Project Administrator.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists in the overall efficient operation of the office by performing numerous clerical maintenance operations,
including but not limited to; - Administrative support to staff members and managers, which consists of answering routine and specific administrative inquiries;
- Technical assistance to other team members to resolve issues related to the daily work, including maintaining and updating the data of the systems currently in use;
- Monitor daily activity for all active issues including tracking and chasing open compliance items;
- Continually update status of each prequalification on the system, so client users can be kept up to date at any particular time regarding any subcontractor that was sent an invite;
- Provides general support on the system by performing administrative/coordinative duties as needed;
- Organize and conduct client financial and safety fairs;
- Reviews and summarizes miscellaneous reports and documents; prepares background documents;
- Sets-up, manages, and processes archives files;
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills;
- Bachelor’s Degree in General Administration preferred;
- 2+ years of related administrative work experience;
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and Outlook, in particular);
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work;
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
- Good planning and tasks-ordering skills, as well as problem-solving skills
- Ability and motivated to work independently;
- To work within a team and to foster teamwork.
