Executive Assistant (f/m/d), full-time or part-time, 100% Remote (if you like)
We are bevuta IT, a technology company based in Cologne. Our team consists of tech-savvy and curious people from all over Europe and beyond. Together, we build and operate products like nora, the official emergency call system in Germany that can be used via mobile app. We also work to develop exciting digital products that make all our lives a little better.
Your role
In your role as Executive Assistant you will ensure the smooth running of bevuta IT for all non-technical matters. Working closely with our three-person management board called “the Captains” you will facilitate that decisions are turned into actions by keeping track of tasks and responsibilities and by supporting the other team members. In short, you will contribute to a diverse field of activities at bevuta and you will have the chance to develop yourself further in exchange with the team.
What is important to us
At bevuta, we truly believe in working as equals across the team - from interns to software developers to our captains. We value honesty, dedicated work and attention to detail.
The highest premise for our actions is rationality, because we want to do things right. It is important for us to question our own actions and to look at things from all sides. We do not adopt concepts from others if we have not fully understood them ourselves. We formulate concrete ideas instead of doing bullshit bingo. We work with well-substantiated facts instead of opinions. We do not take the path of least resistance, but fight for the best solutions. For a really good result, we go through walls if necessary - but what we don't like at all is stress. That's why we take the time to do things properly and don't rush. Unless one of the servers is on fire. And even though we place great emphasis on rational thinking: We are not robots. That's why we attach great importance to good cooperation and personal development, so that we can achieve ambitious goals together as a team.
We are big advocates of free knowledge and free software. Technologically, we therefore use open source and we run almost all our software ourselves. If there is not (yet) an adequate open source alternative, we work with market-leading applications such as Google Workspace, Figma and Testrail.
Does all this sound too good to be true to your ears? And at the same time, do you have lots of ideas in your head about how you can support our great team?
