OPEN CALL FOR TENDER FOR PLUM PROCESSING LINE

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

1.1. Requester: Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ), Office Tirana, Rr. Asim Zeneli 6/10, 1001 Tiranë

1.2. Profile: German Development Cooperation, Officei n Tirana supports Albania on its path to European integration and development through projects implemented in economic development, legal reform, vocational education and training, reform of the water sector, rural development, reforms on strengthening of the internal security, and other areas.

1.3 Subject: The GIZ Office Tirana invites qualified companies that provides Plum processing line according to the Technical Specification. The GIZ Office Albania intends to sign a contract with the supplier.

2. Companies should fulfill the following requirements:

Participation is open to all legal companies which are effectively established in Albania or the region (participating either individually or in a grouping— consortium — of tenderers).

The company should deliver Plum processing lines according to the specification. The company should have at least 3 registered employees

The company should have an average annual turnover of 4 000 000 ALL for the last 3 years or its equivalent in EURO

The company should provide the delivery not later than 20th of January 2025

All legal entities interested in the application should follow this process:

1. Send all required documents in two separate emails to [email protected] by the latest: 18.11.2024

After the due date for submitting the application, the process of bid evaluation will follow. The submitted applications will be evaluated technically and financially. The winner will be announced via e-mail.
