Technical and Application Support Engineer, Prishtina office
Duties
- As part of the customers support team, be the person responsible for contacting the clients for the technical and scientific support of the products.
- Works with technical and application specialists to resolve problems of the customers, train them in new instruments and generally the products use, and assists with the introduction of new products to the market.
- Makes regular visits to customers, checks the good operation of their instruments, monitor customers’ performance, inform them about the products.
- Provides continuous customer support on customers’ sites or by phone.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for the management board.
- Participates in local and international trainings related to technical and scientific support of the products
- Performs other related work as required.
Qualification
1. University degree in Electronics/Mechatronics or Chemical Engineering, or another closely related field.
2. At least 1-2 years work experience as a customer support specialist in the diagnostics or electronics sector.
4. Performance oriented
5. Strong customer focus.
6. Excellent verbal/written communications skills in Albanian and English languages.
7. Computer literate.
8. Driving license, ability for frequent travelling all over the country and abroad
