INVITATION TO BID

The “Integrated Water Resources Management in Kosovo” Program (hereinafter the Program or IWRM-K) kindly invites you to submit your Bid in EUR (VAT excluded) for ITB-2023/001 for Pro-curement of construction works for 35 manure storage facilities.

The Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope on or before 16.30 CET on 18 August 2023, to the address below:

The Technical and the Financial Bid MUST be submitted in one PDF document.

The Bid shall be DIGITALLY signed or signed and scanned in the .pdf format. The same submission time as for hard copy offers applies.

Max. size of uploaded files (per document) must not exceed 20 MB

Companies failing to meet these requirements will be disqualified. Your Bid must be valid for a minimum period of 120 days.

In the course of preparing your Bid, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it reaches the address above on or before the deadline. Bids that are received after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.
