Request for offers

GIZ Kosovo invites qualified firms to request the tender dossier for the following tasks:

Supporting the monitoring of Modul Indicators (competitiveness of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in employment-relevant sectors and Output Indicators (services offered by chambers and associations) during the GIZ project implementation period 2024-2028, without responsibility to achieve these Modul Indicators and Output Indicators.

Request for Tender Documents

Interested firms may request the tender documents by sending an email to [email protected] , with the reference number 83475513 in the subject line. The responsible GIZ officer will provide the documents within one business day.

Requests for clarification must be submitted via email no later than 11.04.2025. All questions and responses will be compiled and shared with all bidders to ensure a fair and transparent process.

All correspondence must be conducted in English.

Application Process

Firms interested in implementing the tasks outlined in the Terms of Reference are required to submit a physical bid (1 original copy) to the GIZ office by 14.04.2025, no later than 15:00h.
