The Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH), Kosovo Office, is implementing two projects in Kosovo: “Accessible and Quality Healthcare (AQH)” and “Integrated Health Services (IHS)”, which aim to contribute to the improvement of population health through advanced research, services, and training in Kosovo.

Through this Invitation to Tender, the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH), Kosovo Office, invites legally registered companies interested in providing translation services to submit their offers in accordance with the conditions and detailed specifications set out in the tender documentation. The projects foresees the contracting of a maximum of two (2) legal entities for the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for:

“Translation Services for the AQH and IHS Projects.”

Interested companies may obtain the tender documentation by contacting the IHS Project Office in Kosovo via the following e-mail address: [email protected] They must request the tender documentation, after which it will be sent to them electronically/by e-mail.

In order to receive the documentation, companies must, in their request for the tender dossier, provide the company name and the company’s unique identification number. All details necessary for application are included in the tender dossier.

The deadline for submission of bids is 08 January 2026 at 11:00 a.m., at the following address: Rr. Tirana, Prime Residence, Entrance A, 9th Floor, Apartment 20, 10000 Prishtina.

Bids must be submitted in the following format:

• 1 original hard copy of the bid,
• 1 physical copy, and
• 1 USB or CD (electronic version containing the complete bid documentation).

All required documents must be submitted as one complete package in a sealed envelope. The bid must be addressed to the AQH/IHS Projects, and the envelope must clearly indicate: “Translation Services for the AQH and IHS Projects”, along with the reference number ITT/AQH-IHS/2025/003.
