Dexis Consulting Group (Dexis), an international consulting company based in Washington, D.C., is currently implementing the USAID-funded Commercial Justice Activity in Kosovo (Program).

INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS

The Program is supporting the Kosovo Justice Academy’s (KJA) integration of gender-sensitive approaches into the design, development and delivery of its training programs. In that capacity, the Program seeks to engage an individual professional under a fixed price Independent Contractor Agreement to provide certain support. The selected professional will play a pivotal role in ensuring that KJA staff are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to apply gender mainstreaming principles effectively, while ensuring that gender considerations are systematically integrated into all aspects of training development and delivery.

Detailed information for the engagement is provided in a Scope of Work (SOW – Annex A) for Mainstreaming Gender in Training development, which may be requested by interested individuals.

Interested individuals should request the detailed Request for Quotes, SOW, and other Annexes by submitting in writing the request to: [email protected] . It is recommended to request the RFQ package before the questions due date. Please state the RFQ number, full name, ID number of person requesting the documentation.

Applications must be received via email by October 31, 2024 at 15:00 CET. Applicants should send their documents by email to the individuals identified in Section 3.3.1, inclusive of one (1) email with the Offeror’s CV and other related documents and a separate email with the Offeror’s cost proposal (10 MB limit per email). No cost information should be provided in the first email.

Late submissions and incomplete applications will not be considered.

Dexis reserves the right not to award an agreement to any Offeror. All costs associated with submitting a quotes are the sole responsibility of the Offeror. Dexis will not pay any costs associated with this RFQ.
