The Risk Assurance Services (RAS) group is an integral part of the Assurance team, undertaking a variety of complex audits, security and control engagements and business control reviews across a wide range of public and private organisations. We are looking to recruit a highly motivated person to join as a Senior Associate.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the team in delivering value-added services to existing and new clients, such as:
• Review of the client IT controls and processes as part of the financial audit engagements;
• Evaluate client control framework as part of consulting projects or financial audits;
• Optimize client risk and internal control activities related to IT security;
• Conduct security assessment of client IT environment with focus on:
  - Applications
  - Operating system
  - Databases
• Deliver data analysis on a portfolio of audit clients;
• Identify and communicate IT audit findings to senior management and clients;
• Participate in projects related to information security, cybersecurity, SOX IT controls testing.

Requirements:

• University degree in business/economics/IT/Engineering;
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure fundamentals such as networks, operating systems and databases;
• Planning and organizations skills, self-discipline and ability to prioritize; manage deadlines without compromising quality;
• Excellent communication and networking skills in formal settings, good team player, keen to work in a group and share knowledge/experience and ideas;
• Good English language skills;
• Desire to learn and practice in the Cloud Security (Microsoft Azure) and Identity and Access Management area.

The following experience/knowledge would be a plus:

• Previous experience in IT audit, internal audit, SOX controls;
• Knowledge of Accounting and ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SAP);
• Experience of Microsoft Azure security and managing common Azure services (Virtual Machine, Database, Storage, Virtual Network, Azure Resource Manager, etc.);
• Engineering Background (Parameterisation of SCADA/DMS systems).
