Dear Applicants,

Empowering Environmental Civil Society Organizations in Kosovo (EECSOK) project is dedicated to strengthening Environmental Civil Society Organizations (E-CSOs). CDF is committed to enhancing E-CSOs' capacities to tackle environmental challenges that include strengthening their sector-specific expertise and fostering their abilities to engage in informed policy discussions and actively influence policy change.

The project is built around two Pillars:

Pillar one: Enhance the capacity of implementing partner E-CSOs by developing specialized expertise in key environmental sectors, to effectively address and tackle environmental issues within specific sectors.

Pillar two: Manage a grant scheme on behalf of E-CSOs to support the implementation of their projects, while establishing and maintaining an ongoing process of comprehensive monitoring and evaluation, leading towards gradual handover of responsibilities for project implementation to partner E-CSOs.

The scope of work comprises the following main deliverables:

CDF is looking to engage a company equipped with a team of experts capable of executing specific components outlined in the ToR. These components include conducting an Environmental Contextual Analysis and Needs Assessment, developing Tailored Capacity-Building Plans, producing Training and Mentoring Program and Materials, developing Environmental Governance Strategies integrating action plans, communication, and advocacy, and providing Capacity Building Training and Mentoring for partner Environmental Civil Society Organizations (E-CSOs), hereinafter the Partners.
