The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental humanitarian organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

In the framework of Enhance Migration Governance through Evidence-Based Programming and

Strengthened Capacities of Authorities in Kosovo, the IOM Bids Evaluation Committee (“BEC”) now invites interested Contractors to apply to bid for the “Renovation of Reception Center (2) in Vranidoll”.

Eligible Contractors may download the complete set of Bidding Document at https://kosovo.iom.int/procurement. Any request for clarifications can be addressed by email at [email protected]. Please regularly follow the website https://kosovo.iom.int/procurement for potential publication of addenda and clarifications.

Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 calendar days after submission of Bids and must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of € 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Euros) in the form of Bank/Insurance Guarantee as prescribe herein with no modifications and shall be submitted together with the bid at str. Lidhja e Pejës 177, 10000 Prishtinë, Kosovo on or before 1 October 2024 at 15:00 hrs local time. Late bids shall be rejected.

Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives at Lidhja e Pejës 177 on 1 October 2024 at 15:30 hrs. Alternatively, those who prefer to attend the bid opening online can join via a Microsoft Teams invitation.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder/s of the ground for IOM action.
