Call for expressions of interest

The Kosovar-German Innovation and Training Park Prizren (ITP) Prizren, GIZ Kosovo, seeks a company/legal entity for the design of ITP gates and information office: which includes, design, implementation, and supervision of the construction project, using sustainable and nearly-zero energy design principles.

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

1. Proof of company’s legal status (registration and/or certification documentation, status), company details(name, postal address),date of incorporation within their initial response.
2. Companies should submit at least three (3) references For this purpose, GIZ Kosovo invites companies with experience in construction projects to submit up to three buildings (references) in the European region, where Energy Efficiency (EE) & Renewable Energy Resources(RES) measures were included.
3. Average annual turnover for the last three financial years.
4. Average number of employees and managers for the past three financial years. Interested companies are invited to submit their electronic application in English language.
