Kamila Chocolate is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in the Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro, and Croatia region. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess strong communication skills, and have a proven track record in sales management. This position requires frequent travel to the assigned countries.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
- Manage and lead a sales team in the specified countries.
- Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Monitor and report on regional sales performance.
- Provide regular updates and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure consistency in brand representation and messaging.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or in a similar role.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
