Sharrcem, a TITAN Group company, is offering an exciting position for a Sales Engineer. The primary objective of this role is to strategically drive and facilitate the sales and technical support functions, ensuring seamless alignment with the company's objectives and customer needs.

Principal accountabilities:

  • Contribute to implementation of the department and overall company operational plans and targets.
  • Establish and maintain good relations with the customers, suppliers, communities.
  • Provide efficient market research and analyses.
  • Contribute in proposal, planning and implementation of the marketing strategies.
  • Engage in achievement of the sales volumes and revenues.
  • Provide technical support to the company customers.
  • Establish and maintain close cooperation with the company’s as well as group laboratories for testing of concrete.
  • Understand and map the market of RMC companies, aggregates, and admixtures providers in Kosovo.
  • Searching for opportunities for business expansion, horizontal, vertical integration or diversification.
  • Make reasonable care of his/her own health and safety.
  • Ensure that work areas and equipment under their control are safe and without risk to health and safety.
  • Ensure all hazards and incidents are identified, assessed, controlled, and reported via the Safety Net reporting process.
  • Provide appropriate instruction, information, and training to all our customers.
  • Other responsibilities as outlined in H&S System Documentation.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related areas
  • Experience in civil engineering or sales is preferable but not mandatory.
  • Understanding the construction industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal knowledge of English language.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient planning, organization, and time-management abilities.
  • Innovative and creative thinking.
  • Computer Literacy of Microsoft Office is required.
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment.
