Personal/Virtual Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to senior manager and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
- Generate, typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
- Answering calls and making travel arrangements.
- Monitoring and managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
- Maintains Manager's email and voicemail correspondence to maintain adequate and timely communication or Screens telephone calls and resolves or refers them as appropriate.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining events calendar, and sending reminders.
- Conducting or preparing any research that the manager may require.
Main Requirements:
- High school diploma. BA in Administration would be advantageous.
- 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant would be advantageous.
- Previous experience related to insurance field is preferred.
- Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
- Great interpersonal skills.
