Consultant - Transfer Pricing Tax and Legal Department
Location: Prishtina
Work you’ll do:
Our team helps our clients with a range of transfer pricing solutions including compliance, advancing pricing agreements and resolution. You will focus on helping clients with business transformation that ultimately helps advance their business goals. You will have the opportunity to focus on all aspects of transfer pricing documentation, dispute resolution, and advance pricing agreements.
We are looking for candidates who will
- Prepare TP documentation and conduct functional, economic and risk analysis in support of TP policies and structures;
- Analyze the economics of clients’ related party transactions and participate in client interviews to identify functions and risks relevant to the engagement;
- Conduct and draft industry research studies;
- Conduct economic analyses related to the preparation of transfer pricing reports, including responsibility for data gathering and benchmarking analysis;
- Assistance on tax audits and dispute resolutions with tax authorities
- Support local and international clients in the field of transfer pricing (TP) and international tax law by providing in depth TP documentation and TP advisory services to a broad range of clients and industries;
Apply if you possess the following skills and experience
- You are a graduate in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other; (master’s degree is considered an advantage)
- Preferably 1 year of experience within professional services firm or industry, preferably exposure to Transfer Pricing Documentation, Benchmarking and international tax;
- Fluency in English, with ability to interact effectively with clients;
- A team player, capable of working as part of a team, building relationships and contribute to the positive and supportive culture within the practice;
- Capable of working within large, complex engagements and supportive culture of the practice;
- Good analytical and writing skills; be able to analyze and process data; be able to address tasks and organize information logically;
- Results-oriented with a proactive and rigorous approach;
