SOS Children's Villages Foundation Kosovo is a non-governmental social care organization dedicated to supporting children without parental care and children in need, regardless of ethnicity, nationality and religion

SOS Children's Villages for the needs of the Regional Project "Youth Empowerment Enabling Prospects YEEP" II, a project which is implemented in northern Macedonia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and in Kosovo by SOS Children's Villages Kosovo, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic and Development Cooperation - BMZ and the Hermann Gmeiner Germany – HGFD, aims to improve employment opportunities and active participation of young people at risk in the labour market;

Invites specialized companies interested to offer for: a rental car for the period: February 2024- November 2026

We hereby announce an Invitation to Offer for all authorized car rental companies

SPECIFICATION FOR VEHICLES

• Vehicle with a mileage of no more than 50 thousand kilometers
• Gear: Automatic
• Fuel: Diesel/ Gasoline/ Hybrid
• Engine: 1.4 – 2.0 Cubic
• White color; (Favorite)
• The car must have 5 doors
• AC automatic climate
  

1. TPL and TPL+ insurance and car registration must be done by the Lessor
2. The vehicle must have CASCO insurance
3. Servicing and maintenance of the car must be done by the Lessor
4. The replacement of tires (summer-winter) must be done by the Lessor
5. In case of damage or breakdown of the car, replacement by the Lessor
6. The vehicle must have 24/7 roadside assistance
7. The car must have GPS navigation with maps of Kosovo and neighboring countries;
8. The vehicle must have a green card - a document to travel to another country free of charge;
9. Emergency car kit kept up-to-date;
10. There should be no cancellation fees;
11. There should be no additional fees for crossing the border or smoking inside the rental vehicle.
12. The deadline for the delivery of the car no later than 3 days from the date of signing the contract. (by February 2024)

The bidder must submit:

• Business registration certificate/ NUI
• Prices must be quoted in Euros without VAT (including all other accompanying costs if any).
• The offer must be signed and sealed/or on paper with an official logo
• Evidence/Authorization that you are a seller/lessor and service authorized by the vehicle manufacturer

Bid validity must be (30 days) from the closing date of the Invitation to Bid

The bid selection criteria are as follows:

1. Completing the required specification
2. After completing the specification, the cheapest price

Upon signing the contract, the selected bidder must submit evidence that the responsible person and the business owner are not under investigation for criminal offenses/or tax certification.

Interested bidders can submit the documents and the sealed bid in an envelope (2 copies), signed by the legal representative and marked with the code "Offer for Car Rental”. Offers must be submitted by the date: 08.02.2024 at the offices of SOS Children's Villages Kosovo, at the address Velania 1 Tetori, p.n. Pristina every working day from 09:00-15:00.
