

Head of Sales – Inter Cars Kosovo
staffiX and Gent Shala Consulting are companies specialized in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. We’re looking for a motivated and goal - driven candidate to join our client, Inter Cars Kosovo, as Head of Sales.
Join the leading distributor of automotive spare parts in Central and Eastern Europe, now expanding in Kosovo. Inter Cars across 22 European countries including Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Estonia, Ukraine, Albania, Serbia, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium
Inter Cars is the biggest distributor of automotive spare parts for passenger cars and commercial vehicles in Central and Eastern Europe. The product range also includes garage equipment, tires, batteries, lubricants, motorcycle spare parts, tuning parts, etc. Via distribution chain, Inter Cars is selling goods from around 500 manufacturers to over 50 thousand registered customers.
At present Inter Cars network consist of more than 600 branches in Europe.
Due to the Company’s fast growth, expansion in the region and ambitious plans of development a wide network in the country, the company is looking for experienced and goal driven professionals to become members of the top management team of Inter Cars Kosovo.
HEAD OF SALES
Main responsibilities:
- Establishment, development and operational management of the sales department
- Responsibility for creating and executing a sales budget
- Preparing and monitoring the implementation of sales plans together with reaching the sales and profit targets by categories
- Participation in projects of opening new branches
- Overseeing the entire process within the branch network
- Monitoring and actively participating in the implementation of Inter Cars’ commercial policy
- Analyzing the company’s market position and taking actions to increase and strengthen market share in the region
- Participation in service development projects
- Educating and working closely with the sales team (area sales managers & sales representatives) including support in more demanding situations
- Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales strategy, processes and results
- Spotting market opportunities, trends and competitor activities
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting business relationships with partners and clients
Requirements:
- University degree
- Profound knowledge of Kosovo automotive business and spare parts aftermarket
- Experience in the field mentioned above, 5+ years with at least 2-3 years on a managerial position
- Proven track record in B2B sales and/or account management, preferably in aftermarket
- Previous experience successfully managing sales teams ideally from a similar industry
- Excellent leadership and people management skills including the ability to inspire sales teams
- Excellent organizational, negotiation and networking skills
- Fluency in English - spoken and written
- Computer skills - MS Office, excellent command of MS Excel
- Valid driving license, B category
- Experience in field sales, experience with ERP Software (MS Navision, BC or similar) will be considered as advantages
