Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and effective sales processes.
  • Manage client accounts, track sales activities, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update client data and sales information in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM).
  • Assist in creating and managing reports on sales performance, opportunities, and pipeline status.
  • Help monitor and manage sales leads, ensuring the sales team has the necessary information to close deals.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and client communications to maintain strong relationships and ensure business continuity.
  • Manage and process sales documents, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Support the sales team by providing timely data, reports, and other materials necessary to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role with a strong understanding of sales processes.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM) and other sales-related software.
  • Experience managing client data and generating sales reports using CRM tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • A proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate, up-to-date records.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and produce insightful reports that drive business decisions.
