Construction of Hospital Bed-house in ITP

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is currently implementing its project: Innovation and Training Park, Prizren in Kosovo. As part of this project GIZ intends to award a contract for Construction of Hospital Bed-house at ITP Prizren, Kosovo. The scope of work includes:

1) Demolition of existing structures

2) Construction of hospital bed-house: Reinforced concrete structure with load-bearing walls made of clay blocks

3) Electrical and plumbing works

Tender procedure from invitation to tender until signing of contract is expected to take place between 15.03.2025 and 15.04.2025. Construction work is expected to be performed and completed approximately within 18 months from signing of contract.

To qualify for consideration in the tender procedure, interested companies are required to submit the following information and documents for eligibility assessment:

1) Copy of company registration certificate

2) Company profile including number of employees as of the previous year at least 4 persons

3) Annual total turnover for the least three (3) financial years to be at least 700,000 euro.

4) Total value of works of similar nature with a minimum commission value of 300,000 euro.

5) At least 3 reference completed projects of public buildings
