INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS

With this RFP, The Commercial Justice Activity (Program), a USAID-funded activity implemented under contract awarded to Dexis Consulting Group, is working with the Kosovo Judicial Council (KJC) to conduct a penetration test of the IT infrastructure administered by the KJC. A penetration test is an authorized simulated attack performed on a computer system to evaluate its security. Penetration testers use the same tools, techniques, and processes as potential attackers to find and demonstrate the impacts of security weaknesses in a system. This engagement aims to help them identify and resolve vulnerabilities in the KJC’s IT infrastructure.

Detailed information will be provided in a Scope of Work (SOW – Annex B) for the Penetration Test on Kosovo’s Judicial System, which may be requested by the interested companies.

Interested companies should request the detailed Request for Proposal, SOW, and other Annexes by no later than August 06, 2024 16:00 CET by submitting in writing the request to: [email protected] . Please state the RFP number, the name of company, Business Unique Identification Number, name, position and ID number of person requesting the documentation.
