staffiX and Gent Shala Consulting are companies specialized in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and professional candidate for the position of Head of Product Management to join our client’s team in the Automotive Spare Parts Industry. As part of their expansion in Kosovo, the company is looking for a candidate whose main responsibilities will be to manage the product portfolio, supplier relations, pricing and positioning, stock analysis, marketing campaigns, and support branch operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish and grow the Product Management Department, with complete responsibility for the PM budget, including marketing costs
• Develop and maintain the client’s product portfolio with continuous updates to the product database
• Specify product positioning and pricing and examine sales performance by brand or product category to improve the company’s offer
• Oversee the communication with suppliers, agreements and orders with good cooperation and effectively respond to daily branch inquiries
• Oversee stock management, analyze availability and track the logistics of goods
• Monitor the importing of parts and equipment and ensure all necessary documentation is prepared and up to date
• Plan and implement product campaigns and promotion activities within portfolio positioning
• Obtain feedback from branches and evaluate market requirements, customer needs and competitors’ prices

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in the Management, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of expertise in the products or market, import and product positioning
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables), ERP systems MS Navision, BC, or similar
• Proven experience in portfolio development, pricing and sales tracking
• Strong analytical, leadership and organizational skills and ability to work with large data sets
• B Category driving license

• Salary 1,700 – 1,800€ gross, based on experience (negotiated during the final phase)
