POSITION: Sales Representative/PM

PAY: 900 - 1,500€ Gross

staffiX is a company specialised in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. We’re looking for an organised, motivated and professional candidate in the position of Sales Representative/Project Manager to join our client’s established Creative Agency. Their main responsibility will be to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, oversee projects, and encourage teamwork.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and maximise sales opportunities with a strong focus on international expansion beyond Kosovo and the Western Balkans
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining and building strong relationships while ensuring clear communication
  • Manage workflow and finances for multiple communication projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
  • Understand client goals and structures while implementing advertising techniques such as creativity, research, and media outreach
  • Manage the balance between client needs and the company’s financial objectives, ensuring projects stay aligned with timelines
  • Confidently present deliverables to clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration
  • Encourage collaboration across teams while maintaining a strong yet approachable leadership style

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

  • Having a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and managing multiple clients and projects in the communications field; international sales skills are considered an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Albanian, in both written and oral
  • Strong communication, organisational, and sales skills
  • A results-driven mindset with adaptability and proactiveness

OFFER:

  • Base Salary of 900 – 1,500€ Gross, based on experience
  • Potential to earn within 1,000 – 2,000€ quarterly based on sales achievement bonuses
  • Working hours 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday
