Project Background
The regional project ‘Farm to Fork Academy for Green Western Balkans – Our shared European future’ involves the following countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia and Croatia. The Farm to Fork Academy Project – is jointly implemented by the family of National Rural Development Networks (NRDNs) in the six Western Balkan countries (WB-6) and Croatia and their regional cooperation platform Balkan Network for Rural Development (BRDN).
The project focuses on the implementation of the EU integration and approximation process in the WB countries in the agricultural and rural development sector by advancing the green and just transition in the region through the contribution of civil society actors.
It will do so by stimulating a better environment for CSOs and CSOs Networks and other rural stakeholders to proactively contribute in addressing societal challenges related to climate changes and biodiversity losses through building competencies able to assist farming and rural communities toward green and just transition across the region, whereas are able to sustain participatory and bottom-up consultation and constructive policy dialogue to accelerate the reforming process in approximating with EU’s common agricultural policy (CAP), in particular alignment with the EU Green Deal and F2F Strategy
In this context, the activity of National Trainings will contribute to the transferation of gained knowledge to grass-root CSOs at national level. Therefore, The ToT participants of each NRDNs after completion of the training will be encouraged and supported to provide a two-day training course at national level (in their own country) to grassroot CSOs and other rural stakeholders. They will provide training on the same topics they are trained through regional ToT training as a follow-up activity.
II. Objective and scope of the service
The overall objective of the ToR/Call is:
To arrange, provide a logistical and organizational services for the four (4) National Trainings in Kosovo:

Tasks and responsibilities:
The company will work in close cooperation with the project staff of NORDK;
- Company should arrange the hotel accommodation, meals, conference rooms and other required services (training packages, equipments) according to the normal standards by respecting all hygenic conditions and professional requirements
- At least 2 staff employees of the contracted company should be present at the events for assistance and all needs;
- Staff of the contraced company should be in regular communication with NORDK management for all needs and requirements;
III. Location AND TIMEFRAME
In Kosovo prefereably in Prizren Region including Prizren, Rahovec, Suhareka or in Peja Region including Peja, Decan and Istog.
- Start date & period of implementation.
The intended period is from November 11, 2024, to December 8, 2024.
Any changes to the implementation timeline will be agreed upon in the contract with the selected company.
Preliminary dates for each National Training:
- 1st National Training: 11 November & 12 November 2024.
- 2nd National Training:14 November & 15 November 2024
- 3d National Training: 30 November & 01 December 2024
- 4th National Training: 7 December & 8 December 2024
Qualifications and requirements
The company should meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in providing similar services.
- Experience working with NORDK or other CSO networks is an asset.
The contracted service provider will be obliged to perform the following competences:
- Demonstrate professional competence and conscientious and efficient in meeting commitments.
- Observing deadlines and achieving results.
- Display cultural, gender, ethnic, religious and age sensitivity, and adaptability
IV. Application procedure
The deadline for submission of offers is 06 November 2024.
Interested companies / service providers should submit the application to: [email protected] (cc. to afrim.[email protected]) or deliver the hard copy documentation to the NORDK office on the following address: Street UCK, 21000 Rahovec, Kosovo.
The application should include the following documents:

V. Evaluation of the offers
The incomplete applications are not going to be taken into consideration and are not going to be subject to further evaluation. The evaluation of offers will be based on the “best value for money principle” by using a weighted scoring method to evaluate the combination of the applicants’ qualification (50%) and financial proposal (50%).
VI. Terms of payment
The total amount for all services (four national trainings) should not exceed 13,400 euros. The contracted company must prepare an invoice based on the terms of the contract and services provided. Payment will be made to the company's active bank account upon approval of the report and submission of the invoice.
