Sales Associate
FAR Logistics is a US company based in Chicago, IL. and operates worldwide. As a 5PL company, we provide Ocean Freight Management, Air Freight Management, Inland Trucking, Freight Brokerage and Warehousing. Besides our offices in USA, we are pioneering this industry in the city of Pristina, Kosovo by managing our Sales, Operations, Customer Services, Cost Control, and Finances.
In order to continue and extend the delivery of our services in the international transportation industry, FAR Logistics is seeking to fill the following position:
Sales Associate
Location: Prishtina, Kosovo
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, US working hours (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM; 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM), 1 hour lunch break.
Sales Associate’s main responsibilities and tasks:
- Hustle daily to grow your assigned book of customers.
- Negotiations, pricing, and transport agreements.
- Maintaining and developing the sales strategy.
- Reaching to customers and building relationships.
- Expanding customers list through calls and emails.
- Accept freight, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent English (verbal, reading and writing).
- Moderate computer skills.
- Over 18 years old.
- Preferably business, international trade knowledge, economics and/or accounting background.
- Preferably experience in sales, logistics respectively.
- Have a positive attitude.
- Punctual.
- Problem solving skills.
- Time Management.
