staffiX is a company specialized in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. We are looking for committed and responsible Operations & Logistics Officers to join a well-established company operating in the Food and Suplement Industry. The selected candidates will support key operational and logistical processes, contributing to smooth daily operations and reliable service delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process and manage client orders accurately and on time
• Collect and record payments, ensuring proper tracking and handover to accounting
• Prepare and organize operational and financial documentation for the accounting service
• Pack, label, and prepare products for delivery, including coordination and execution of deliveries to members/clients as required
• Communicate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and general inquiries
• Receive, unload, organize, and maintain products in the warehouse
• Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and ensure warehouse organization

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an operational, logistics or administrative role is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel knowledge is preferable)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Albanian, both written and oral
• Friendly, polite and professional communication with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills, as well as attention to detail and prioritization to meet the deadlines
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills

OFFER:

• Salary 750-850€, based on experience and qualifications
• Working hours from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, with work on the first Saturday of each month from 09:00 to 14:00
