Role Overview
We are seeking Bachelor-level engineers in Hydro/Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Environment engineering to join our team as Junior Experts. You will support senior consultants on design, analytics, site and stakeholder work, and preparation of technical documentation across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection, analysis, and technical calculations.
• Support preparation of drawings, reports, BoQs, and tender/contract documents.
• Contribute to site visits, inspections, and supervision tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Help identify practical, original solutions to engineering challenges.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hydro/Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; self-starter with high ownership.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and willingness to be challenged.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of professional software (e.g., AutoCAD/Civil 3D, EPANET/WaterCAD, ETAP, MATLAB, or similar).
• Internship or project experience in water/environment/energy/infrastructure.
• Valid driver’s license.
